Craving Palestine

Cookbook design, cover photography direction (shot in Dubai and directed from New York), and self-publishing consultation for a globally distributed, not-for-profit cookbook. Full proceeds of all book sales will go to Anera, an NGO that provides education, development and health programs to Palestinian communities across Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan.
